Pies
Made with our own organic spelt flour, eggs, butter and lard in the pastry. We use organic vegetables whenever possible. Ingredient lists are available and are on our labels. We use chunks of our own beef and lamb in the pies. The chicken is locally sourced. Pies are frozen and unbaked so you can bake them fresh in your own home.

Small pastries (could be hand held if you waited for them to cool a bit, but some of us can never wait), filled with our own ground meat and different spices. The same spelt pastry as in the pies above. All pods are priced at $6/pkg. of 2. Pods are frozen and unbaked so you can bake them fresh in your own home.

Sold in a 16 oz bag. frozen flat. Serve with a nice slice of crusty bread and you have a 5 minute supper (a bit longer if the soup is still frozen). Other soups available occasionally: butternut squash, dizi (lamb and beans), sweet and spicy baked beans, borscht. variable pricing $4-6 ea.
